Eight weeks ago today was when you were taken from us. We went through the motions today the first holiday without you! We all miss you so much! Last year you were in bootcamp so you didn't get to have turkey. I looked forward to you being here with us this year. I am not looking forward to Christmas or your birthday. I can now understand what it's like to loose someone that means so much to you. It is so difficult to see sister hurting so much. I wish there is something I can say to make all her pain go away. A magic wand that just makes all your wishes come true. I go to church every Sunday and it is helping a bit. But the question always comes to mind again. Why? Why was he taken so young? Why did someone take him? Why is he no longer here? Why did he have to leave us in such a tragic way? Why does sister have to suffer his loss? Why? Why?why? Our lives will never be the same.

Seven weeks ago today I was woken up with the worst call in my life. Our life's have been turned upside down. We miss you so much Sonny! Until we see each other again. Love you Mijo!!

It has been a tough few weeks and it seems to be getting harder. I never thought our family would have to go through such a tragedy. I feel so bad for my sister and to see her in so much pain. I wish that we could see Sonny again. I wish I could hold him agin. I wish I could hear him call me nina again. I remeber the last time he was here at my house. Two days before he was so violently taken away from us. He was so excited to see that me and his nino where bar-b-que'in. We made hamburgers and bacon wrapped hot dogs for the Cowboys game. I am glad we were able to get closer to him in the last couple months. Not that it made it any easier that we almost lost him during a accident where he was ejected from the van. I do miss you Sonny!!! I loved you like my own son. I thought of you like that. You will always be in my memory as an angel! Here

What an upset

We are all still in shock over last nights game. Both teams JV and varsity got robbed. The refs cheated us out of winning both games. I hate when that happens. Especially when it is obvious. Oh well. Getting ready to go to annual chili cookoff in town. Sister and family made it save to Germany. I was so worried since I knew they were supposed to land at 6:05 our time and I did'nt get a text and picture till almost 7. I am so glad they are on ground and with brother E. Well goota start cleaning.

Off again this weekend. Last weekend was great! Went to John's in Monterrey for baby Savanna's birthday. She is so cute. Of course we also got to see princess Bella and took her a gift as we prob. wont make it for her birthday. Today was an emotional day as my sis and her family left to Germany. I cried numorous times throughout the day. I will be alot better once I know the plane has landed in Germany. It will be a very sad next 10 days till they return. I miss my sister so much. I talk to her daily and see her during the week as she has started home schooling G. She is my rock, and always listens and sets me straight when I stray. I will miss her as we will have little or no conversation till she gets back. If anyone knows how to set up my web cam on my new laptop please help me out. I LOVE HER SO MUCH. Glad tomorrow is Friday. Football!!!!!! We play Fowler. Mikey is still out due to his spranged knee. I always love watching him play. Saturday is Chili cookoff. Sunday is a birthday party in the morning. Its in the morning cause they menu is menudo. As you can tell I may be off but I will still be busy as the weekend is all planned out. Well tell more later.

OMG!! I never knew how fun it was to shop till this last Tuesday. I went to the garment district/alley's whatever you want to call them in LA. I took my camera to take pictures, I was so excited and realized when we got back into the car to leave that I had'nt even taken any. I had so much fun. It was a rush all day trying to get all the deals. The best part was I was with my husband and friends and sister-in-law. Yes my husband!!! He went to work that morning and called me and said he was coming home and going with us. He drove us there and back and did not complain once. I got almost everything I went for except for a watch. I even got my fav cd right now. The Black Eyed Peas. I love that song Meet me Halfway. I am so looking forward to next weekend and going to John's for the girls party. I just love being with my family. We have been spending a little more time with Mike's family lately since his sister's, his moms, and his birthday were all in August so we had to have individual parties every weekend. I love going to watch my boys play football. I look forward to Friday's I have a rush all day and can't wait to get off work. The only thing that sucks is we are there from around 5 to 11 cause Mikey plays varsity and Andy plays jv. I will post later after the weekend with some pics from tomorrows big homecoming game.

My little Brother Petes son Mason and my son AaronHere are some pictures from Thanksgiving.  It was a very nice and relaxing day.  We got up and I made 3 pots of mashed potatoes, then got ready and went to moms.  After spending a couple of hours at moms we went to pick up my car at Tia Rita's.  I was in a car accident on Monday morning when I was on my way to drop Benjamin off before I went to work.  We are fine. I was a little sore for a couple of days.  As for my car that is another story.  We have been going back and forth about buying a new one.  I love my car.  But with this accident,  we have finally decided to just buy a new one.  After that we went to my mother in laws.  I had to work today and was so dissapointed.  For being black Friday and one of the biggest shopping days my store was so slow.  Well I gotta go will post again later!!!

Also I forgot to post last night (was so excited I can start blogging again!) Mikey was the only one to have scored that game. Not only did we win the game, but his JV football team also won league champs!!! Ho awesome is that!!!

Mikey's touchdown

I got my computer fixed and can start blogging again. Here is a video of Mikey's touchdown. He is number 10 and is the quarter back running the wild cat offense, fakes the handoff and runs it in for 6. It was a 65 yard run. As he says "65 yards of pure BAD ASS!!!" It was his last JV football game against Woodlake. He had a awesome year and was moved up to Varsity for the playoffs. They played Parlier last week and lost. They should win next year with the proper coaching.

BEEN A LONGGGG TIME!!!!!!

It has been a long time since I last blogged. Been disappointed since my camera messed up and I have not been able to download the new software for my new one since my computer is all messed up as well. Still been very busy with the kids. The 2 older boys are playing football so we have been really busy with them. Mike and myself are on the football board for little league with Andy and he coaches. My schedule for work has changed as well and am required to work later now. Been really sick for the past week and finally went to the doctor yesterday and I have a sinus infection. I started feeling sick last Thurs. By Friday I came fome early. Saturday i searched threw the medicine box and found some anti. and took them so that I would feel better enough to go to a concert. Mike and some friends of ours went to see Pepe Aguilar. Awesome time. I went to see Ramon Ayala a couple have months ago and had the best time ever. (I think cause I went with my friends and did not have to worry bout husbands or kids!!! HEHEHE) Just celebrated Aarons 7th birthday this last Sunday. We kept it very small just family. I had been sick and am always running and wanted to do just a little something. We went to on our beach house family vacation in July and had a blast. We are already plannning the next one. Hoping our family members who live in Washington can make it. You know who you are. You would not regret it. I promise you will plan it as a yearly vacation if you went. The family reunion in June was awesome. I miss all my family who came and am so glad that I had the chance to spend the day at the beach with them the Monday after. Crazy Benja cut his hair again about three weeks ago. It was worse than the first time. We had to shave him bald. The kids starting back at school and it has been heaven again on my days off. I can't think of anything else to write so I will post again soon.

Sorry for the long delay in updating my blog. It has been a extremely hectic month. I really mean that. Work was crazy busy through Christmas and it got worse after!!!! In the past 2 weeks I lost my whole management team at work, so that makes me the only manager running my store with the exception of the help I am getting from other assistants in surrounding stores. That is just work. My kids have been keeping me busy as well with sports. I have been doing some interviewing so hopefully I will not be alone at work much longer. As far as the kids and sports we are just getting started. I am looking forward to getting away this weekend as my family is all going over to bro Johns to watch the superbowl. I am crossing my fingers that we can get a trip into San Francisco while we are visiting. If not, it should still be a fun weekend. Christmas was great! New years was ok. Mikey was in a quinceneara the weekend after New Years. It was really nice. We celebrated Mason's 5th birthday at mom's. What else!!!! Well I will just post some pics.

Hot Chocolate

I seen this recipe on TV. It is the best. Supppper tasty and rich. First you put together in a pot 2 cups milk and 2 cups half and half. Throw in half of a big Hershey 1/2 pound candy bar and half a bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1/3 cup sugar. Stir it all together until it melts and gets hot. Pour it into cups and top with whip cream. Enjoy! Tell what you think.

Here we are with some friends. We went to eat at a steak house a couple of weeks ago. It was going to be our 15 year anni. The couple across from us had a already had there anni. about a week before and it was our friend Stacey's birthday. The waitress came our and sang us a little song for our anni. and sang happy birthday to Stacey, gave us a silly hat and a bowl of ice-cream with a candle. We had a really good time.

Sorry it has been so long since I posted. Here are some pics of what we have been doing. I lost my charger for my camera so I barely had enough juice to download the pics to my computer.. I forgot to announce Joanna And Me are grandparents. My dog Mya is staying at her house and soon after we dropped Mya off about 3 months ago she hitched up with her dog and just had the babies last night. She had four but only 3 made it and they are so cute. Aaron was really sad when we left today. He said he wanted to live at Joanna's so he could be with the babies.
