We had fun on our camping trip. It was alot of work for me getting everything together then cleaned up after but I guess it was worth it. Belinda, Jess and the girls left early Fri. morning. Then Lisa, Mikey and her 2 boys left in the afternoon, and Me, Mike, the other 3 boys and cousin Marcos left in the early afternoon after Mike got off work. When we got there we set up our tents, and all the kids went to the pond to go fishing. After a few hours Belinda and myself starting making dinner which was hot dogs and some carne asada. The kids all came back and ate and just sat around the fire talking. We all kinda went to bed early between 10 and 11. It was so funny cause Benja did not want to go to bed. He kept crying that he wanted to go home. He finally fell asleep and slept till about 6:30 in the morning and got up early along with everyone else. He was really clingy all day and it was driving me crazy. The kids all went fishing again in the morning and Belinda, me and Lisa started on breakfast. We made sausage, bacon, eggs, and potatoes. The kids all came back ate and went back fishing. They had all caught fish the day before so all they wanted to do was fish. It was funny cause the day before when they caught the fish Jess had told them they had to clean whatever they caught. So they came back with some and Mikey, Sonny, and Andy all walked down to clean them. About after 1/2 an hour I said out louad to everyone that I bet the boys are standing around waiting for one of them to take the initive to clean them. So Victoria went down to see what was taking them so long only to find out it was true what I had said. The fish had not been cleaned. She had to clean them. Can you believe that a girl cleaning the fish, cause 3 boys would'nt do it. Mom, dad and Mason showed up around noon. We all sat around talking. It was really nice. Around 4 we started cooking dinner. We made tri-tip, pork loin, chicken, rice, fish(that was caught the day before) and baked potatoes. After dinner mom and dad got ready to leave and said they would take Benja back with them. Before they could change their mind I went to the tent and got his stuff together. He left with no fuss. Mom called once she got home and said she had already bathed him and he was running from her room to the living room happy as can be. The next day we got up had some Menudo and started packing to come home. We stopped by a river for a while and had some watermelon and then headed home. The boys had a really good time. That's all that matters.
