Had a slow never ending day at work today. I had to have my monthly mngt. meeting and set some ground rules for my team for our Back to School season that already starting to happen. We went to Denny's and had breakfast then talked about everything that was expected this year. I feel it went really well. I gave each of assistants a area either mens or jrs. They got to pick a team of sales associates that are going to work with them and keep the areas running smoothly throughout the season. Hope everything works out well. I thought the day was never going to end today. I felt like I had been at work for 48 hrs. straight without coming home.

Then when I finally got off work I picked up Benja at tia Rita's came home with Andy waiting for me to take him to get a haircut. So I went and dropped him off, and then picked Mikey up at football practice, then went back and picked Andy up from his haircut. Came home picked everyone else up and went to moms for a birthday party for Angel Baby. Got home about half an hour ago and put a load of laundry to wash for our camping trip. I swear my boys know how to wash and they do not do a damn thing all day but they decide right now that they need clothes washed. Go figure. They have already bugged me like 50 times is the five minutes that I have trying to blog. Kids!!! Cameo see what you have to look forward to. It gets worse once they start talking.

Well we leave camping in the afternoon after Mike gets home from work. I hope I have a good time. Here lately I have almost gotten used to not seeing my kids since I have been working so much in the evenings. They stay up all night and usually sleep in the morning when I am home. So I may see them long enough to ask me what they have to eat then I am off to work.

Last night

We had blast last night at the wrestling show. Aaron had so much fun. We went to have dinner with cousins Vicente, Marie and her fiance'. Every minute Aaron kept saying he was ready to go and that he was bored. He took maybe 2 bites of his chicken tenders and that was it. He did not even want to eat cotton candy once we got to the show. He kept his eyes on the show all night. It was funny when we walked out. The first thing he says is he has to go the bathroom. The only thing he told me this morning when he woke up was that he had so much fun last night, and asked when we were going again. (he is still alseep)I took pictures so will post them later. I got to go as I have to be at work in half in hour.

The ride that everyone is on that we are in a big tube was the best. 6 of us got on it at one time and Jo was screaming the whole time. The kids had already gone it and they told us that when we go on turns that the personsitting in front of you is up above you. I am a big chicken on rides so I kept my eyes closed almost the whole time. The one time I did open my eyes all I see is Mikey flying on top of us. OOUCH! It was so fun. I had a blast. Can't wait till Tuesday when I take Andy and Aaron to the WWE wrestling match in Fresno.Angel going down the slide

Here are the pics I promised. You should see me today I look like a lobster, and feel like I am on fire. It was so funny today at work. One of my sales associates tells me. "You got all sun burned. I did'nt know mexicans could get tanned. I thought they were all just naturally dark." I busted up.

Worked all week and had yesterday and today off. Spent yesterday taking Mikey to the dentist for a consultation for braces. He has to go back for a mold of his teeth and some x-rays. So hopefully in a month he should be our little railroad tracks.

This week was actually nice. We did not have any baseball games for the first time in almost 2 months. Mike BBQ'd 2 days and it was so nice.

We went to the Island Water Park today. It was a blast. I only wish we would have taken little Asa when he was here. He would have lovvvvveeeeddd it!!! I will post pics later.

Just a quick post to fill you in on what we have been up to.

Busy Busy!

Been real busy the last few days. I ended up going to lunch with my friend Mandy on Wed. then went ot work. Brother Pete took Mikey, Andy, Jonathan, his girlfriends son Ethan, and his girlfriend to Magic Mountain on Wed. all day. The kids had so much fun. They said they rode all the rides. The catch was that someone was going to have to pick them up in Bakersfield since Pete and his girlfriend wanted to catch the highway back to Vegas from Bakersfield. So I left to meet them in Bakersfield after work, which is an hour drive for me. They meet up with me at 1 in the morning. I drove home, got home about 2 am, slept a few hrs. and got up to be at work by 8am. Tired!!! Was worth it since the kids had fun. After work we went to my brother-in-laws for a BBQ. That was fun! I had to be at work again yesterday morning at 8. It was a crazy day. I have to remerchandise my store this next week for the back to school season, and it had me so stressed out. The visual department in our home office is wanting me to move my whole store around. I just did some real big moves 2 weeks ago and am fighting having to move the same merchandise again. After work we went to the Farmers Market to have some taco's then to Mikes softball game. As if the kids sports is not enough Mike plays them also. After the game Mike and myself went to this hole the wall bar to have some beverages. We had fun. We got up this morning around 10, I went to Starbucks and to pick up some donuts. Then we cleaned up and are going to get ready to go to Mom's cause cousin Marie and Vicente are coming down from Fresno to spend the day her and have a BBQ. Should be fun. Well I better go so I can get Benja out of the bath.Lil Benja the pic was toooo cute!!

Crazy Day

Today was a long crazy day. I got up around 9:30 as Mikey did not go to summer school today cause he got hit with the ball at last nights game so he did not want to go work out on his foot this morning. When I got up I called my bestest friend Mandy to see if she wanted to have lunch today and she did. So the kids and I started cleaning house then got ready to go. I took Andy to moms, Aaron and lil Benja to Tia Rita's and was on my way to meet with Mandy and her daughter for lunch. I made a New Year's resolution this year to meet with at least on friend a month and to do something special every month with one of my boys. So far so good. Mandy is so sweet to me. I met her through my bestest friend who passed away over 3 years ago. We like to go have lunch at the restaurants that Christie used to like to eat at. We miss her so much. She was truely a angel sent to touch lives. I feel so blessed to have got to be part of her life even though it was only for a short time. I miss her so much everyday. Anyway as to why Mandy is so special. She adopted her daughter a year ago and if I could have her as my second mother I would. She is the best mother any one could ever have. Her husband Cody is the best dad. Lil Brooklyn sure had god watching over her when he picked her parents. She was in the process of adopting fromt he Ukrain when a co-worker approached her of a family member being pregnant in the LA area. Mandy jumped on the whole idea and got to be part of the whole pregnancy. The adoption has been very open. The birth mother comes over and spends time with the baby every once and while and so far everything is working out great. Please keep Mandy in your prayers as she is trying to get pregnant. She deserves all the kids in the world as she is a great mom. After lunch I went to Target to get a few things then to work. Work at the end of the day was crazy. There was a shopper who did not want to leave. Well come to find out she had stuffed a plastic bag full of merchandise (over $350 dollars worth) under a clothing fixture. I found it and at the same time she was walking to the register to pay for a outfit she wanted. I took the bag up front and dumped it right in front of her on the counter and asked her she wanted to pay for that merchandise also. She then got all offended and said she could not believe I was accusing her of stealing and walked out of the store empty handed. Crazy!!! Then after work I went to moms as brother Pete finally made it to visit. Had a good visit and am now at home. Well it is late and better get to bed.

Boring day today. Can you believe I slept in till 11am this morning. I so needed it. I was so tired. I had to call work and tell them that I would not be in till 1 instead of 12:30. As I still had to get the three younger boys feed. Mike had taken Mikey to a baseball game this morning in Lemore which is abot 45 min. away. Still debating on if I want to go to his game in morning. It is so hot to have to take all the kids. We have been having triple digit days.

Cousin T sorry to hear your fridge in out. That bites. Just put your food outside at night, it gets cold enough. Well at least it does for me. HA HA HA!!! I miss you guys so much!! Here the last few days even been missing the weather.

The Big Game

Well we lost the game. What a upset. I wanted so much for our boys to win. They have had a tough season and were cheated out whenever possible. Always when the plays counted most. Well I was glad they won on Monday. I was on my home from Washington and my husband called me and wanted me to go to Andy's game since he was pitching a great game. Well when I finally got there the game was tie. Our team played so hard and ended up winning. The team they played had won all but one of there games all season and the coach was a sour loser. He complained and cried about everything. Bad sportsmanship that was being taught to his team. So when they lost it was the best feeling in the world. Our boys acted like they had won the superbowl. It was great. Well I have one son still playing baseball. My oldest Mikey. He made it to the all-star team. I thought we were going to get a break before football, but it does not look that way. Mikey is playing a tournament this weekend. (which I have to work so I will miss) Andy is playing a tournament next weekend, and still has a all-star game to play in. Then after next week my husband will start coaching football and that will last till about December. I cannot remember the last time I cooked a dinner. I miss it. This happens every year. I guess I should be glad that he at least coaches the boys. One day they will be all grown up and we will no longer have them to go watch play there sports. My boys play every sport. Sometimes 2 at one time. Mikey is already practicing for football and he is still in baseball, and gets up by 7:30 am to go to weight training in the morning. It bites for me cause I have to get up and take him. Well getting really tired. Have a long day of work ahead of me this weekend as I close the next 2 nights.

4th of July

We had a awesome 4th of July. The best in a long time. We bought tickets to go see a Fresno Grizzles baseball game. We went with some friends of ours who helped my husband coach Andy's baseball team. There was a big fireworks show after the game, then we raced home to light the kids fireworks. (Thanks cousin Norm, they loved the fireworks.) It was crazy when we got ready to leave my husband ran into my cousin Marie, her boyfriend and my baby cousin Vicente. Vincent was our baby growing up. Boy has he grown up. They were the last people we thought to see there. It was really nice. I miss them. Marie lives less than a hour away and we never see her. Vicente used to live in Washington state and just graduated this last May and is living in Clovis trying to find a job. Pray for him that he does so he can live here for a while in till he figures out what he wants to do. They are supposed to visit next week for a BBQ at my moms, so that should be fun. Any who enjoy the pics. Gotta go for now, My son andy has a championship baseball game today. I will tell you all about it later. There is a awesome story to how they got where they are. We prayed that god would give them the strength to win on Monday night and they did. It was the best game ever.
